I have never exposed/processed at these settings but if you use a basic rule
of thumb which has always worked for me with D76 (before changing to Xtol).
A 1 stop increase/decrease in exposure is compensated by a 25-30 percent
decrease/incease in development times at the same temp.
This will of course change you contrast levels a bit but I have always found
the denisty will be in the usable range of your neg. So my sugestion would
be to try 7 mins. and see what they look like.
