I actually shoot mine through the 25 at ASA 12... about 1/30 or 1/60 
depending on how much light is on my subject... 
Which works out well because my Pentax ME model doesn't have an ASA below 
12!!!  Then I use Rodinal for I think 6:50 min at 20 celsius... either that 
or 7 min...
Anyway... it works great  ;-)
