If you don't mind doing some cutting yourself, I can supply you with 
polyester foil qualities of various (infra)red colors, including 
#89B, #87 and #87C, for US$0.50 pro square centimeter. 

This stuff works even better if you want an internal filter, behind
the lens (otherwise you'll need to find a scrap 43mm (UV or
skylight) filter and place a circular piece of foil in the filter,
or behind it (sometimes one can mount it in the filter, and leave
the glass intact, as a scratch-resistant front barrier).
