Following the above URL, which will appear as a link at the bottom of this
and every message processed by the list server so no typing is required,
produces the following response:

"Connecting to 213.171.64.41..."

and then after a long delay

"Cannot find server or DNS Error"

So if the server isn't actually down then there is a routing problem or an
incorrect IP address (see above) has some how been propagated to various
DNS sites.
