But: I think it was (again....;-)) Rolland Elliot who mentioned a 
solution by taping the IR-LED with a piece of IR filter....not sure 
whether I added his posting to the above chapter, check the other 
two chapters as well (one about EOS, and one about other brands/models I 
think).
