Not really, the only thing that helps to prevent 'shark eyes' is
having the person look in a slightly different direction.
<grin>
Or invent IR-reflective contact lenses....:-))

Yes, both the old EI and the current EIR were designed as slide film.
But: at least for EI there was a formula around to develop it as
negative film (more than just a quick & dirty C41 cross processing),
even for scientific use I believe....some notes about this are on my
