I've not had any problems of this type, as I had been developing film long
before I tried infrared and can load the tank so well I can even do it in the
dark (that was a joke <g>). Fingerprints, however, are a major problem when
dealing with sheet film. I wear thin gloves to do the loading of my slides,
and you may wish to consider this until you feel more comfortable. BTW, the
fingerprints will not go away.
