RE: Wratten 87C
I am sure you will get more responses to this question but I use (but not
for much longer !) HSI in our photographic studio with a 87c. With the
electronic flash I rate the film at 25 asa and Dev for 12 mins in neat XTol,
hope this helps.
I of course IF you have used this film with a different filter you can quite
easly work out your asa for the same Dev conditions;
Superimpose the spectral graph for the 'new' filter over the films and
measure it's area (only approx) and call this Value A
Superimpose the spectral graph for the 'old' filter over the films and
measure the area (again approx) and call this Value B
Old ASA rating is Value C.
New ASA = (A/B) * C
