konica problem

hi again,

today i was developing
several rolls of film
and ran into a problem.
the roll of konica 750
i developed
came out real oily

the other rolls did not

then in the drier
the clips i use
rubbed the emoltion off.

i have used the same process
on many other rolls and never had a problem

the process i use

11min @ 74deg (kodak microdol X)
1 to 2 min stopbath
5 min fix (kodak)
5 min wash
1 min photoflow

the emultion still is not that
stable is there any thing i can do ?
