Re: EIR Processing & Printing

I have recently printed several 35mm EIR slides on Ilford Ilfochrome Classic
paper. The results were remarkable.
16x20 were sharp, 8x10 were like a razor. The colors were saturated and
unreal, the effect was 3D like.
I have gone the interneg route in the past and they were fuzzy mud
compared to this!
The range on a slide (chrome) is greater than paper of any kind. So I pick
my chromes for a fairly short D range. If you have a very dynamic chrome you
may need to mask it to reduce the range. (what a time drag)
