As far as EIR is concerned, you'll just get a somewhat boring (as compared to a
yellow filter) monochrome image.  HIE, of course, will be completely different.
 Although I have other filters, I probably use my Hoya R72 filter the most,
when going the opaque route.  I don't remember it being all that expensive.
