I got a Lee 87 3x3 polyester filter from Freestyle
(www.freestylecamera.com) for $13.95. They also sell a 4x4 size. I
bought it specifically because I could get enough filter for more than
one camera. So far, I've used it to make a between-the-film-rail filter
for my SLR, a lens filter for an Olympus Trip35, a filter for my
camcorder and a filter for a toy Fisher Price electronic camera.
