Kodak suggests keeping the film at or below 75 degrees these days. Most
films say that storage below 55 is suggested, but not required. Fom testing
many, many different pro films, from chromes, color neg, B&W, fast films,
slow films, Infrared.
If you keep the film at room temp, it will give perfect results if used
within 18 months of the date on the box. 100 speed films go 24 months with
no problems.
Once shot, the latent image will start to shift as soon as 3 or 4 weeks of
the film is not processed.
