Yes and yes :-)

But you may be lucky - and depends how critical you are.......

I tend to avoid this type of shipping - have a look through the list 
archives for the long version of the rationale......

The next time I'm in the US I hope that I can touch base with Rolland 
to buy some of his ready rolled 120 HIE in the US and transport it as 
hand luggage.... On the other hand, any of you US-based peops heading 
over to the UK anytime soon?
