This is one of those "depends" questions, but as a general rule I start at
+/- 15% for pulling or pushing a stop. If you find your images under or over
exposed and they are critical, I'd run either a clip test from the roll or
even expose a similar roll and test on that roll.
The actual times will depend on your own darkroom setup, such as water
quality, developer used, agitation, etc. etc.
I have, in the past, looked at the massive dev chart and interpolated times
that would suit my situation. For example if the dev chart said 10 minutes
for 100ASA and 12.5 minutes for 200ASA and my actual time for 100ASA was 9
minutes, I'd try 11.25 minutes (rough guess) for the 200ASA. Someone please
correct me if my figures are wrong.
