I have a problem with some 4x5 sheet film Maco 820 IR I bought form One
Cachet. This is the second time it has happened to me.

I went to remove the film form the film holder after exposing, in my
darkroom, ans the sheet of film was litterally glued to the back of the
film hold (a year old Fidelity Elite holder). I had to tear the sheet of
film out of the holder.

The last time this happened I thought I did something wrong, but this time
I know it is not me. I have used an entire 25 sheet package with no
problems, and the only thing in common was each time the film was left int
eh holder for about 3 weeks before I shot and used it. However, I had some
Kodak Tri-X film, loaded in holders, stored along witht he Maco film, so
the same legnth of time,a nd no problme with it.

It appears as if the anti-halation alyer was turned to gum or goo and
stuck itself to the inside of the film holder. I was able to clean out my
film holder, and i am letting it air dry now, wonderign fi I shoudl even
use it again.

As for the film itself, I really like it, and look forward to using it
more, but this one has weirded me out. Anyone else with similar problems?
