At one time their users agreement specified that by placing anything on
their servers you assign "non-exclusive" rights to them to use it any way
they want to. It turns out many ISP's have the same clause in their
agreements. As I understand it, it just gives them rights to the digital
image you place on the server - not the original. Let's face it, if you
place an image on a web server it can be downloaded by nearly anyone. It's
how they use it after downloading that can be frustrating.
