'The View Camera' service????

Hi,

I don't know if anybody can help me. I payed for a 3 year subscription of 
the View Camera (it was in fact my second term of 3 years). The amount has 
been deducted (in july) from my account, but until now, notwithstanding some 
reminds, I haven't recieved nothing. On my last reminder, they just asked me 
for my postal code. Since then, nothing! Do they still exist? Are they 
reliable, bankrupt? Do somebody know the e-mail address of somebody 
personaly? Thanks for any help.
