Dan,

Speed and Crown Pacemakers work fine.  There is some information in 
the Infrared FAQ (URL in sig. file) about the use of 4x5 cameras for 
infrared photography.

I use 4x5 HSI and Konica 750IR in roll film holders in a Speed 
Graphic and an old MPP 4x5 - no problems.  The FAQ has some 
information on film holders which you may find useful.
