I'm not sure how it would increase the infrared radiation. However, it would
increase the proportion of infrared to visible light.

I don't know about the 15, but I've not seen a difference between the 25 and
29. If someone has, perhaps they could post the results on a Web site and
point us to it.

I have always used tungsten in my darkroom.

This question probably only pertains to HIE, as I use Rodinal to develop Konica
120 size and HSI.
Recommend it if that is what the photographer is going for. It's not my style,
but the great thing about HIE is that it can be shot in so many different ways
and offers so many different results. The only WRONG way of doing things are
those which do not produce the intended results for that individual.
BTW, instead of photocopying the information, why not just put it on the Web
and point your students to it? Hopefully, they have Internet access
(unfortunately, fewer than 50% of the households in the US are there so far).
