As I said in my posting, there is a book list available on Invisible 
Light and it has full details of the various editions of Clark. It's 
called 'Photography by Infrared', has been updated twice with the 
third edition done by Henry Louis Gibson in 1984. It's now out of 
print but can be found in second hand book stores for about 10-15 
pounds. Hospital and other medical libraries are a source of 
second-hand copies.

Check out http://www.atsf.co.uk/ilight/ilightbooks.html for a 
bibliography. I said book list because it seems the word bibliography 
is not known in the US ;-)
