eir in c-41

Again, what about eir in c-41?
I've been searching IR archives for some info. but not enough. I read
something like it's better to do it in cooler color developer (@21ºc)
for 12 min. to avoid excessive color mask.
I need to know what about the color shift; what filters should I use to
compensate color shift. I usually us orange filter & rate @ 320 iso
with the filter on.
I have done acceleration processing with EIR. Developed in d-19 & then
in c-41 @ 38.5ºc &  I had a strong magenta cast on the negative.

Any advice?
