The Surreal Image

         The Webring is getting popular, But it breaks my heart to see some 
sites have joined but they wont/cant add the navigation bar to their site.
         Does something have to be changed with the ring? Please let me 
know.. We do not allow a site to join unless they have IR photos or 
information about IR photo taking?
