Seeing Hermann Klecker's mail tells me why Keith's URL doesn't work. 
The slash at the end is telling the browser to treat the whole path 
as the root of the page instead of  homepage.davesworld.net/~vkzimm/ 
and so we get the errors.

So there's  nothing wrong with the site, just the URL Keith gave us 
which, as Hermann said, should be:
