OT: Kent, WA, USA: have darkroom gear, need dark room

Pardon the off-topic posting, but if there happens to
be anyone on the list from the Kent, Washington, area,
I recently married and moved to Kent from Vashon
Island.  I have all my darkroom equipment in storage,
and no place to set it up for the next year or two at
least.  Does anyone reasonably near-by have a dark
room that they'd like to turn into a darkroom,
swapping access to your space for use of my equipment
until my wife and I buy a larger home?

Equipment includes Beseler 23C XL Dual-Dichro
enlarger, Gralab timer, an Omega/Arkay Image Maker II
film & print processor that's in need of mechanical
repairs if I ever find the time.  Also some 70mm
miscellany, Nikkor 70mm reel, bulk loader, ancient
hand-cranked 70mm rewind processor, etc.
