[MF 3D] Sputnik Flash

Hello,

I've been experimenting with a Vivitar 285 HV flash with
the Sputnik and have tried both 1/60 and 1/125.  Generally,
I seem to have good results.  Is there a "recommended"
shutter speed for the Sputnik with flash?
