[MF3D.FORUM:169] New source of cheap viewer lenses

Now I got the shmaltzy crap out of my system, it time to talk about
hacking. Remember the MF viewer kits I offered a couple of years ago? I
stopped making them when I ran out of supplies. I originally made them
using the optics of a discountinued security viewer and a plastic menu box.

I just found out tonight that Canadian Tire stores in Canada now carry the
same security viewer I stole the lenses from. They sell for $14.95 Cdn
each, making the optics just over $20 US a pair. I'm not intending to make
any more of these viewers, but if anyone's interested I can dig up the old
instruction sheets and pick up the lenses. Robert Thorpe has the original
