Fairchild was one of the companies that made these. They sold for around
$650 new 20 years ago, but ebay has had a few up that sold for around $200.

I had two of these and ended up selling them. I found the small eyepieces
very dim and restricting, and it was a bit of a hassle getting even
illumination.
