Thanks Robert for the handy currency calculator...  It worked well!

However, I am dissapointed with how much these Japanese Stereo Items cost.
Here is the text I got back from them regarding my inquiry:


Dear Stuart

Thank you for your inquiry.
MSW-388 is for the use of 35mm and MSW-391 is for the use of Mideum format.
The hevaier the camera, you should use the heavier stand to hold.

MSW-388 is 44000yen which is $425
MSW-391 is 69000yen which is $660
Shipping by EMS is $165   (NOTE by me: Isn't this ridiculous?)
