To me, if it's relevant and not HUGE, then it's fine.  If we 
could only post postings that 100% of everybody is interested in,
then there would be few postings. If it's Zip/Microsoft-PC related, 
then 90% or so of those who receive it should have no problem with it 
(for that reason), and that seems a pretty good hit-rate to me.

Of course, owners of the list have the first and last word in this
matter.  :-)
