Okay, I have the thing in my hands, the "Joel MF" folio.  It's a 
thing of beauty, and I'm excited to send it to each of the 
participants.

I need to prepare the mailing labels. It's been six months, so I want 
to double check that everyone is still on board.   This is the list 
of the people who will get it, and in what order.  I've got the new 
people in front so they can see everything, and so the rest of you 
can see their work.
