Hello from new MF enthusiast

Hello, my name is Greg Menzel and I'm new to MF stereo
photography and wish to introduce myself to the group.

My background up to this point has been Realist format
using my dad's old Wollensak 10. I attended the NSA
convention in Green Bay this summer where I learned
about MF stereo photography, in particular the relatively
cheap Sputnik camera.

A few weeks after the convention I acquired a Sputnik camera
from Minsk, Belarus, a former Soviet Union state. After
doing the standard mods (reducing light leaks/reflections,
adjusting focus, etc.) I shot a few rolls and was pleased
with the results. I decided to pursue MF stereo more
seriously, so I purchased a SaturnSlide viewer kit from
RMM. I am getting great results from this viewer, and
finished last night installing a Cabin light panel on it.
It's a little heavy and bulkier now, but still very
usable. Thanks to Paul Talbot for the viewer kit and advice
regarding the Sputnik.

I really would enjoy seeing other's pictures, especially
now I'm experimenting with a new format and camera. Paul
Talbot mentioned "Joel's MF Folio II" - I would appreciate
