Tom,
I have a friend who is the proprietor of "KITES UP" which is one of 
the premier kite manufacturers in Europe. He is also very 
reasonably priced and would custom make you a kite to do just the 
job you want. If you would like an address, let me know. He has a 
kite that will, comfortably lift a man off of the ground - - I know!!!!!
