I spent an intereting time with Don at our club's show in April.
I recall being curious about the slides and also some 
problems with his viewer but put it down to his recent illness.
I quickly forgot about it after viewing the many beautiful
slides and getting into some interesting discussions.  Later
I asked him how he bracketed, what kind of light meter he
used, etc., especially for his sunset pix.   He gave me a 
funny look for a while and replied that he rarely uses any of
that stuff!  The slides (the Proof of the Pudding) showed that
he knows his stuff along those lines.
