Hi, Kevin here,

Never been spammed on e-groups.  It is password protected.  That's the only 
initial glitch - someone has to approve or list the members and any new 
members.  Once that is done it's automatic from then on and seamless - you 
just get and return e-mail or use the other options as you wish.  But no spam 
and no interlopers.  kk
