I stuck a tiny saw blade in my Dremel. Then I put the Dremel into the
drill press attachment, but I put the thing on sideways so I could rotate
it 45 degrees. Then I clamped a big piece of aluminum onto the drill press
bed, and fashioned a jig to give me the right angle. Then I folded a towel
up and pressed it against the ceiling vent with a dictionary. I didn't
want the sound to wake others at 10:30pm. Working over the tub, cleanup is
a snap.

That sounds okay, but it wouldn't be as rigid. This is really solid once
the glue is dry. Plus, those would be some teensy tiny folds. And the
biggest problem with folding paper is that it doesn't require a home-made
table saw.
