Sputnik vignetting

I just shot 2 rolls in the Sputnik using some series 5 lens
shades I recently got.  Now all of a sudden my slides are
showing some vignetting.  I was shooting at f16 and f11.
Did I get the wrong type of lens shades?  The vignetting had
not shown up before this.
