I have them for 3D in general, but not specifically
for the Spud.  Go to

The spreadsheet has a pretty good selection of 
apertures already there but you'll want to change
the focal length of the lens to 75 and the distance
from the entrance pupil to the in-focus object to
something a little more reasonable than 200 mm.  8-)
You can leave the acceptable C of C at 1 in 2000 
or change it to 1 in 1500 or even 1000.  This is a
judgement call which is why different DOF calculators
give different results.

PS: The Spud is a front-cell focusser but that
won't materially affect the results except in the
macro range which is a range I don't expect you to
be in with a Spud.  8-)
