lenses for small 3D formats

T3d seems to be pretty thoroughly dead at the moment and small
format is less appropriate here than there but I know there
is at least one person on this list interested in small format.
So here is what I posted to T3D:

An old IR scope passed over my desk recently.  The tube has a 
small output screen a little larger than a V-M chip.  The optics 
include a field flattener at the screen and some pretty short 
optics which I did not get a chance to measure.  I wonder if 
these things are readily available in the surplus market at a 
reasonable price.
