I received the folio this evening.  I second Alan's sentiments!  I've
been through the images twice and really enjoyed them!

I was surprised at (and impressed by) the "packaging" of the
folio...slide pages with each participant's name on them, mailing
lables and return address labels (all with Joel's address) already
made up.  Nice job, Joel!

I'll be hard pressed to find images worthy of adding to the
binder, I fear.  Sure has been fun looking at everyone else's
slides, though.
