It is fairly simple to make mirrored viewers using foamcore for the 
prototypes and ABS plastic for the final version. That is what I did in 
order to make my large print viewers (for viewing 10x10 prints full frame 
from 15"). When I started manufacturing them Dennis Brown (maker of 
ViewMagic) was kind enough to tell me who his mirror supplier was and so I 
am able to obtain the front surface mirrors quite inexpensively. If anyone 
needs a small amount for experimentation I will be happy to let you have it 
for a nominal fee.
