I haven't tried them, but I do project the 41x101 series of slide
mounts made from the same card stock all the time...

Biggest problem with the MF mounts and projection is that you'd
have to build your own projector.

I've projected MF stereo, but I mount slides for projection in
twin GePe AN glass slide mounts, and use two projectors. Now, if
I was as handy as you seem to be, Tom, I'd build my own projector!

If I have a shot I think will be a good one, I tend to take more
than one picture of it, so usually I can avoid re-mounting. That,
plus the fact that slides for projection and slides for viewing
aren't necessarily the same exposure, and I find for what I do
that I don't end up un-mounting and re-mounting the same slides,
I just mount one pair for projection and one for viewing.

All that said, dealing with two projectors is annoying enough
that I mostly mount for the hand viewer...
