MF Folio II - almost ready to start

Here's the --tentative-- routing list for the new
MF Folio. I tried to put people later on the list
who requested that, while at the same time keeping
the list geographically sensible, so it's a compromise.
Let me know if this order --won't-- work for you,
otherwise we'll get started!

Then back to me.

Recall that, the FIRST time around, early people
on the list don't get to see much (especially Alan! ;)
But that gets fixed after one loop. To help that,
I'll include a few extra views the first time that
aren't officially part of the folio (i.e. won't be
entered in the comment sheets). Maybe some guest
shots from Les??  We'll see.
