cheap Tominon 127mm lenses

Does anyone have an idea of the quality of these lenses?
Or whether they might have an application for MF or LF
stereo?  They are pretty cheap!

I sent an email to Pixman10 indicating some interest and
asking him how many he had and (as a long shot) whether
there was any chance the lenses or their packaging had
any markings indicating their actual focal lengths.
