I had a similar problem commenting on Joel's B&W work in an APEC
exchange.  You can't include an ampersand in your comments, because
the cgi (?) script processor looks for ampersands as separators in
an argument list.  If you used "B&W," change it to BW and it will
probably work.

I don't know if there is a syntax like && or '&' that allows the
& to be marked as *not* an argument separator.  Joel?
