Stereo Ricohmatic 225 project update

Hi all,
I have new photos and text on my
web page about the latest progress on
my project. Go to:
http://www.angelfire.com/ca/erker/twin225.html
If you haven't been there before
make sure you follow the "Click here
for past project updates" link also
to see previous photos and descriptions.
In summary, I have completed the
focus linking. I had to make the
brass tubing extentions to the distance
pointers longer (than shown in the
previous photos) so that they wouldn't
hit the lens plate cover at each end
of the focus travel.
I fine tuned the linkage and tubing
lengths/postions until both cameras
hit their infinity and min focus stops
at the same time. Then I soldered the
tubing into place (had to get some
electronics into this project. I'm an
EE after all :)
And the tripod mounting plate is
shown and discussed. It's basically
done but I may spray paint it black.
Next step is to modify a mechanical
stop in the camera body so that I can
get f32 instead of the present f22. FYI
the Seikosha shutters themselves will
stop down to about f45 when removed from
the camera.
