Administrivia

In talking to my ISP to try to get a handle on David Lee's
posting problem, I learned that they plan to switch this list
over to "MajorDomo"  (yeah!!!) sometime next week.

You probably won't see much difference (unless in digest mode)
but I'll be happy to see "SmartList" go away!

Anyway, this is just a heads-up that this will be happening.
Hopefully it will be transparent to all, but if not, at least
you were warned  ;)
