There's a second folio?  I'm only aware of one (the one Greg runs),
and the last time I checked they didn't have room for more members.
At one point Joel had mentioned to me starting another folio, but
there didn't seem to be enough people to keep it going (time around
the loop would be too short).

Is there a folio that I can join?
