Okay, here is the information on the camera:

The film holder is a 6x12 Hoseman film holder for 4x5 camera .
The View Finder, the front section and one of the 47mm lens, is from a old
Brooks-Veriwide (6x9) camera the other lens is from a camera show.
The level and the top bar, is from a Sinar Handy.
The body is made out of cocobola wood.
That is all the parts in that camera, remember, no focus, pre set at 6 feet.

I would, too, like to see more people post images.
