Came across a photographic supply source at:

I've been looking through their catalog (hardcopy) and
see some items that may be of interest to the group
(some of which were not on the web site that I could
find).

For example:

A Double Head tripod support for $77 that would work as
either a double camera holder or a slide bar for a
single camera,

A double cable release (Mamiya) for $82.00 (ouch),

Cable release adapters that are 90 degree bends and 180
degree that attach to your regular cable release.
